How to Choose a
PDA |

The battle between the Palm PDA and the Microsoft Pocket PC PDA is heating
up. Currently, there are more PDAs sold using the Microsoft operating
system than the Palm operating system. Although Palm has been working
on a new operating system, they also released a new Treo PDA with the
Microsoft Mobile 5.0 operating system on it.
Therefore, when considering a PDA, you might want to choose a Pocket PC.
Microsoft's new PDA operating system is called Windows Mobile 5.0.
Breeze Software’s Version 11 Inspection Program for the Pocket PC is written
in Microsoft’s most powerful and up-to-date development software. It
is a significant improvement over version 10 in both speed and
reliability. The choice is yours, however the future seems to bode better
for Microsoft than Palm.
To find the operating system on a windows-based PDA, go to the Start Menu,
Settings, system tab at bottom, and the About icon.
