Larry,
We have discussed many times about how I use the
Breeze Software and what I have received as a result. We have been
customers since version 5 was released. I find we use the software
somewhat differently than I first thought. I have used it to support
bids and provide information to customers not otherwise available. I
was able to pay for the initial investment on one new contract. The
reports enabled me to demonstrate to the customer what they were asking
for in a manner that enabled me to get a price more in keeping with the
customer desires. In addition, the reports enabled me to save a
major contract headed into dispute.
We use the reports to fix the communication
problems, establish inspection schedules and criteria. As we
continue to increase our business, I see increased challenges for us.
I look forward to the challenge because I have tool like Breeze Software
giving me the support I need.
The package has improved my organizations
professionalism and service confidence. When we propose a commercial
service, the reports let the customer how we will satisfy their needs.
It insures we are communicating and understanding the contract
requirements. I also provide them the inspection tool we use as a
guideline for the customer to inspect us. This insures we are using the
same criteria to inspect. We agree on performance standards and
communications is improved.
We have tripled our employee base to 160+ and
more than doubled our revenues. It would not have been possible
without your software enabling us to manage the growth. During a time when
the customer desires reduced price and ultimate service, I have been able
to grow and improve service quality. This is a result of having good
managers and employees and using the best tools available to manage.
