Pacific 10 University reports success with Custodial Solutions

Dear Larry, 

As you know, here at the University of Washington, the Custodial Services Division has been using Breeze Software since 2002.  We discovered that once we got all the UW's square footage and room inventory data into the program that there were multiple uses for the work-loading data: 

1.      The ability to create and modify work assignments to make them more equitable among the staff.

2.      A much easier process to manage work assignments and create various reports that previously were difficult to do.

3.      An easier process for tracking cleaning costs per building

4.      The ability to have a much more accurate picture of various data on our cleaning operations

5.      The ability to tell our story better to the Administrator and our staff

The Inspection and Quality Control feature has allowed us to measure our performance over time in a relatively easy manner.  Prior to Breeze we did not have a formal inspection program.  

We are expecting to further capitalize on other modules in the Breeze software program. 

During the previous four years, we have received on-going training and support and have been able to make suggestions for future upgrades.
