How Inspections Work

Simply a Breeze is designed for Property Managers who want to workload a bid for outsourcing. Our simple reports use your floor plan information to enable basic cost and labor analysis. Reports detail labor hours required, tasks performed, frequencies of performance, labor cost per year, cost per square foot and productivity.  Inspection reports show the entire quality assurance picture: facilities, sections, areas, inspection items, supervisors, and employees. 


    Cost Control and Task Management
