Before purchasing Custodial Solutions
I had information in many different places

When we first purchased Custodial Solutions I hoped that it was user
friendly and delivered what was promised during the sales presentation. We
are more than pleased with the program.
I have more information at my disposal. Before purchasing Custodial
Solutions I had information in many different places so just trying to
gather the information and compile it was difficult. Now a lot of the
information that I need is in Custodial Solutions, and it’s easy to get to.
It’s helped me to stay a lot more organized.
Frontline staff and supervisors have been impacted. Our supervisors all have
PDAs and can tailor inspections to include areas from all employees.
When they sit down with employees they can discuss whether they are doing
well or need to improve things based on historical performance: 2 weeks, 3
months. Supervisors also get feedback from employees about things that
need to be addressed and things that are being done well.
It’s also been helpful from an operational stand point for campus services
as a whole. In our organization as a whole we have a program that keeps
track of all our properties campus wide. It is generic the way it
talks about a space, like there’s a classroom. We used Custodial Solutions
to go in and update the information about what’s actually in the space:
carpet, tile, number of faucets, etc. It’s been helpful to our system
as a whole to communicate back and give a little bit more detail.
Overall I’m pretty happy with the program, my bosses are happy with the
information in Breeze, my staff is happy with Breeze.
