  • Provides a database of tasks which may be customized by the end user

  • Uses ISSA standards to baseline the tasks & time required to clean a building by day, month and year

  • Creates a perpetual cleaning plan and project schedule.

  • Schedules cleaning tasks for each area of the building and assigns a job name/employee. Enables easy reassignment of tasks to alternate job number/employees for vacations, absences, shift changes or for the remainder of the year

  • Enables balancing employee work loads across days and employees

  • Enables identification of individual and staff training needs: task performance to improve quality and safety to decrease workers compensation cases.
